How can I get more information about the farmhouse's facility ?

You can find details about the farmhouse on the farmhouse detail page of the website. For anything else, you can also contact us directly on WhatsApp 9098958334 / 9343647603 / 9343647605.

When do I get a confirmation message ?

In most cases, you will receive this Whatsapp/text message along with the booking number within 60 minutes of booking. If you still haven't received it after that time, you can directly send whatsapp/text message us on our helpline no. 9098958334 or 9343647603 / 9343647605.

Where can I check my booking details and status ?

You can always view your booking details and status online by signing in and selecting "My bookings" from the profile menu.

Can I add an extra bed/baby cot in my room ?

The availability of an extra bed/baby cot depends on the farm house. Additional costs for children, including extra beds, are not included in the reservation price unless stated. Please contact the farmhouse’s authorised person directly for this information.

I have not received my booking confirmation and cannot locate my booking online.

In most cases, you will receive your booking confirmation by whatsapp message within 60 minutes of booking completion. If you still haven't received it after that time, please check your whatsapp. You can also view your booking details and status online by signing in and selecting "My bookings" from the profile menu. If you still cannot locate your booking and have not received your booking confirmation after 24 hours, please feel free to contact us on 9098958334 / 9343647603 / 9343647605.

How can I cancel my booking ?

You can cancel your booking online on the familyfarms.in website. Any cancellation fees are determined by the farmhouse and listed in your cancellation policy.

Will I be charged if I cancel my booking ?

If you have a free cancellation booking, you won't pay a cancellation fee. If your booking is no longer free to cancel or is non-refundable, you may incur a cancellation fee. Any cancellation fees for a booking is determined by the farmhouse owner.

How do I know if my booking was cancelled ?

After you cancel a booking with us, you should receive a whatsapp message confirming the cancellation. Check your whatsapp.

Where can I find the cancellation policy ?

While booking a farm house when your will proceed for payment, you will have to accept the Policies of familyfarms.in. at the time of accepting policies you can read all the policies, terms and conditions. Or you can check our terms n conditions and cancellation policies on the website.

When will I get my refund ?

Refunds, if applicable, will immediately be processed, however it may take up to 2 working days to refund this amount.

Can I request early check-in/late check-out ?

You can ask for an early check-in/late check-out directly to the authorised person of the farm house . Please note that all early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by familyfarms.in .

How do I extend my stay ?

To extend your stay, you can directly login in our website familyfarms.in and request for new booking. According to the availability you will get confirmations.

How Do I Create An Account ?

As a User you can create an account by clicking on the Sign in option from the right hand side top corner and you will get a pop up screen. In the pop up screen you will get an option for Register. You have to simply fill that form to create your account in familyfarms.in.

How Do I Login ?

Click the login button on the right hand top corner menu and a pop-up will appear that will prompt you to login with either your email address and password, or with your whatsapp number and password.

How Do I List My Property ?

Click on the “Add your farm house” button (Right side top corner) – it will open a new page with Owner Registration form, - Fill that farm house and do login into your account. Then from “Add Farm House Details” menu you can add your farm houses.

How Do I View My Listings ?

To view your listings, hover your mouse over the button of the top-bar menu that says “Hello, (your username)” and select Manage Listings. This will take you to the Manage Listings tab of your dashboard.

Does It Cost Money To List My Property?

Absolutely not! Farm house owners can post a listing at no cost.
