General Terms and Conditions

• All guests must present original and valid photo identification at the time of check-in, such as, Voter ID, Driving License, Adhar Card or passport.
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the Farm house.

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Farm House, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the Farm House, the Farm House reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

• A discounted booking cannot be modified. In case of early check-out for such a booking, no amount will be refunded.
• Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, Familyfarms.in will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options.
• As we continue to strive to improve our services, Familyfarms.in may reach out to guests to get a feedback of their experience through calls or messages.

The information about the user, as collected by familyfarms.in is: (a) information supplied by users and (b) information automatically tracked while navigation (Information). By using familyfarms.in website or its services, you consent to collection, storage, and use of the personal information you provide (including any changes thereto as provided by you) for any of the services that we offer.
To avail certain sites / services on our websites / applications, users are required to provide certain information for the registration process that may include but not limited to :- a) your name, b) email address, c) address, d) city, e) PIN code , f) credit card or debit card details g) ID proofs h) password etc., and / or your occupation, interests, and the like.

These disclosures are made in good faith and belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary for enforcing these Terms; for complying with the applicable laws and regulations.
b) familyfarms.in proposes to share such information within its group companies and officers and employees of such group companies for the purpose of processing personal information on its behalf. We also ensure that these recipients of such information agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.Any complaints or concerns with regards to content or to report any abuse of laws or breach of these terms may be taken up by sending an email to info@ familyfarms.in.
We may change our privacy policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes.

Booking Policy -

Every farmhouse has different pricing and plans, which is continuously updated by the farmhouse owners, Every time before booking user's has to check the booking amount and the total rent.

Cancellation Policy -

Cancelling in familyfarms.in is as fast and easy as booking one.

• We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
• 100% amount will be refunded within 48 hours of cancelation if cancelation is done minimum 10 working days before check-in date, please note your booking will not be cancelled if time to check in is less than 10 working days.
• In case of cancellation of booking like festivals and new year, the booking amount will not be refundable.

How to Cancel?

You can cancel your booking using our website or you can directly call us on our help line number to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 2 working days.

Payment Policy

• At the time of bookings guests have to pay minimum 20% rent amount of farm house.
• Balance 80% of the rent and security deposit if any is to be paid 7 days before check-in date.
• Payment for additional services is to be paid before check-in.

Early Check-in (subject to availability):

In case you have not opted for Sunrise Check-in, early check-in will be subject to availability. Our standard check-in time is 2 pm. Extra charges may apply as per below policy:

Check-in Time

• Between 6 AM and 10 AM
• Between 10 AM and 2 PM

Early Check-in Charges

• 10% charges payable as per farm rent of the previous day, depending on farm house policy

Late Check-out (subject to availability) -

Our standard check-out time is 12pm. late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Extra charges will apply as per the below policy:

Check-Out Time

• Between 12 PM and 14 PM
• After 14 PM to 19 PM

Late Check-Out Charges

• 10% charges payable as per farm house policy.
• 50% charges payable as per farm house policy.
