General Terms and Conditions

• All guests must present original and valid photo identification at the time of check-in, such as, Voter ID, Driving License, Adhar Card or passport.
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the Farm house.

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Farm House, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the Farm House, the Farm House reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

• A discounted booking cannot be modified. In case of early check-out for such a booking, no amount will be refunded.
• Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, Familyfarms.in will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options.
• As we continue to strive to improve our services, Familyfarms.in may reach out to guests to get a feedback of their experience through calls or messages.

Security Deposit

Security Deposit” is the amount that is required to be deposited by the Customer on Familyfarms.in on a case to case basis. The security deposit will be used to recover any damages caused to property or items/furniture by Familyfarms.in customer/their pets or any other charges levied on Familyfarms.in, customers. If the damage cannot be compensated by the security deposit, the customer will have to pay actual compensation for the damage.

Booking Policy -

You need to pay at least 20% of the booking amount as advance to make a booking for a farm house.

Cancellation Policy -

Cancelling in FamilyFarms.in is as fast and easy as booking one.

• We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
• 100% amount will be refunded within 48 hours of cancelation if cancelation is done minimum 10 working days before check-in date, please note your booking will not be cancelled if time to check in is less than 10 working days.
• In case of cancellation of booking like festivals and new year, the booking amount will not be refundable.  

How to Cancel?

You can cancel your booking using our website or you can directly call us on our help line number to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 2 working days.

Payment Policy

• At the time of bookings guests have to pay minimum 20% rent amount of farm house.
• Balance 80% of the rent and security deposit if any is to be paid 7 days before check-in date.
• Payment for additional services is to be paid before check-in.

Early Check-in (subject to availability):

In case you have not opted for Sunrise Check-in, early check-in will be subject to availability. Our standard check-in time is 2 pm. Extra charges may apply as per below policy:

Check-in Time (Early Check-in)

• Between 6 AM and 10 AM
• Between 10 AM and 2 PM

Early Check-in Charges

• 10% charges payable as per farm rent of the previous day, depending on farm house policy (Between 6 AM and 10 AM)
• Complimentary (Between 10 AM and 2 PM)

Late Check-out (subject to availability) -

Our standard check-out time is 12pm. late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Extra charges will apply as per the below policy:

Late Check-Out Time

• Between 12 PM and 14 PM
• After 14 PM to 19 PM

Late Check-Out Charges

• 10% charges payable as per farm house policy. (Between 12 PM and 14 PM)
• 50% charges payable as per farm house policy.  (After 14 PM to 19 PM)
