  • • 50% Rent amount to be paid for the confirmation of booking and at the time of check in balance 50% rent with Rs.10000 Security Deposit (Refundable) will be required.
  • • Every additional guest will be charged Rs. 1000
  • • The property has 4 bedrooms and 6 Extra Mattresses.
  • • CCTV cameras are present in the exterior areas of the property for your safety.
  • • Any Damage and loss in property done by guests and members has to be paid with penalty immediately or will be deducted by the security deposit.

  • • No or partial refund for Cancellation/Postponement once the booking is done.
