• The property has 3 bedrooms and 5 Extra Mattresses.

• CCTV cameras are present in the exterior areas of the property for your safety.

• Any Damage and loss in property done by guests and members has to be paid with penalty immediately or will be deducted by the security deposit.

• Bone fire will be provided on the extra charges of Rs.1000 only.

• Barbeque Stand with coal will be provided on the additional cost.

• 1 additional villa with 3 rooms is also available on additional cost of Rs 20000 for up to 12 Guest
