  • • 50% Rent amount to be paid for the confirmation of booking and at the time of check in balance 50% rent with Rs.5000 Security Deposit (Refundable) will be required.
  • • Incase of any damage to the property or late check out, the security deposit will not be refunded back.
  • • Every additional guest will be charged Rs.1500/-
  • • In Property 2 bedrooms and 1 dining room are available.
  • • Guests must keep noise at low during their booking time.
  • • CCTV cameras are present in the exterior areas of the property for your safety.
  • • Any Damage and loss in property done by guests and members has to be paid with penalty immediately or will be deducted by the security deposit.
  • • Swimming pool usage timing are 10 AM to 8 PM.Kindly do not eat or drink in or around the swimming pool.
