  • • Incase of any damage to the property or late check out, the security deposit will not be refunded back.
  • • There is a restaurant in the premises and a Dhaba nearby from where you can order food. You can even carry your own food if you want to!
  • • Entry of additional guests into the villa without prior information to authority will be fined Rs. 2000/- person or Villa will have to be vacated.
  • • Any additional people like Cooks/DJ/Musicians/Event personnel/Caterers etc if accompanying the guest will have to be informed about at the time of booking.
  • • Advance amount to be paid for the confirmation of Booking. Balance payment to be made a day before Check in.
  • • No decoration to be stuck on the walls of the Rooms. Poolside area can be decorated.
  • • Pets Entry Chargeable - to be informed while booking.
  • • CCTV cameras are present in the exterior areas of the property for your safety.
  • • On public holidays/ Special occasions, rates may differ.
