Owners Policies:

1. Once booking is confirmed the owner can not cancel it.

2. If a customer cancels the booking 3 days prior to check-in date the booking will be concealed and no amount will be paid to the owner against booking.

3. 75% payment of the farm house rental will be paid to the owner, 24 hours before check-in and remaining 25% within 24 hours after check-out.

4. It's the farm owner's responsibility to maintain the farm house.

5. It is the sole responsibility of farmhouse owners to maintain the cleanliness of premises, washrooms, garden and swimming pools.

6. Farm owners must ensure that all available electronic appliances like A.C. fridge, oven, fans, lights and other electronics are in proper working condition.

7. Once notification for farmhouse booking is received farm owners have to respond within 30min.

8. For the comfortable stay of the guest, farm owners have to provide a minimum 20 chairs, 4 tables, 12 single bed mattresses, pillows, bed sheets and blanket. 

9. Farm owners have to maintain cutleries and crockeries including dinner plates, quarter plates, spoon, forks, bowls, serving bowls, serving spoons, glasses, beer glasses, whisky glasses for at least 20 packs.

10. Emergency lights have to be maintained in case of power back out.
