• • Incase of any damage to the property or late check out, the security deposit will not be refunded back.

• • Every additional guest will be charged Rs.500/-

• • In Property 2 King size Bed and 2 Extra mattress are available.

• • Kitchen with will be provided on additional charges of Rs. 10000

• • Guests must keep noise at low during their booking time.

• • CCTV cameras are present in the exterior areas of the property for your safety.

• • Any Damage and loss in property done by guests and members has to be paid with penalty immediately or will be deducted by the security deposit.

• • Bonfires are available on additional charges of Rs. 500.

• • Every guest must carry a Govt approved ID proof.

• • No or partial refund for Cancellation/Postponement once the booking is done.

• • On public holidays/ Special occasions, rates may differ.

• • Any additional people like Cooks/Musicians/Event personal Caterers etc if accompanying the guest will have to be informed about at the time of booking.

• • Any Illegal, Prohibited or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited.

• • Hookah and Prohibited drugs are strictly not allowed, if found guests have to leave the premises immediately.
