• • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining booking amount along with security deposit of 5,000 must be paid at least 24 hours before check-in.

• • The property features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and attached bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and a large bar/dining counter with spacious sitting.

• • Property also features a private swimming pool with lighting, a dedicated event stage, and a spacious sit-out lawn ideal for celebrations, gatherings, and projector screenings.

• • Guests can also avail additional amenities and indoor recreational facilities, including a projector, Bluetooth speaker, Carrom, Chess, Ludo, and Housie, subject to availability

• • Any damages, losses, or missing items will be charged to the guests immediately.

• • CCTV cameras are installed in common/exterior areas for safety and security.

• • An on-site watchman/supervisor family stays within the property and is available for basic assistance.

• • Postponements are permitted up to 72 hours before check-in, subject to availability and applicable rescheduling charges. Cancellation and refund requests are not permitted.

• • Guest coordinator confirms that they personally know all members of the group and accepts full responsibility for the conduct, behavior, safety, and compliance of the entire group during the stay.

• • Guest coordinator must provide their valid Aadhaar card during the booking and all guests must carry a valid Aadhaar card.

• • Children/minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is fully responsible for their conduct and safety.

• • Any aggressive, abusive, inappropriate, or lewd behavior may result in immediate removal of the entire group from the premises without refund.

• • Guests are solely responsible for obtaining any approvals, permits, licenses, or permissions required for their activities, events, alcohol consumption, music systems, or celebrations.

• • Cherish reserves all rights. Additional guidelines, policies, and instructions may be shared during the booking process or stay, and guests are required to comply with the same.

• • Any illegal, prohibited, unlawful, inappropriate, or immoral activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
