• 100% Rent amount to be paid for the confirmation of booking and at the time of check in balance 50% rent with Rs.5000 Security Deposit (Refundable) will be required.

• The property has 4 bedrooms and 8 Extra Mattresses.

• CCTV cameras are present in the exterior areas of the property for your safety.

• Bonfire will be arranged on an additional charge of 500Rs.

• Any Damage and loss in property done by guests and members has to be paid with penalty immediately or will be deducted by the security deposit.
