Home Rules and Truths :

• 50% Rent amount to be paid for the confirmation of booking and at the time of check in balance 50% rent with Rs.5000 Security Deposit (Refundable) will be required.

• Incase of any damage to the property or late check out, the security deposit will not be refunded back.

• Every additional guest will be charged Rs.500/-

• Guests must keep noise at low during their booking time.

• CCTV cameras are present in the exterior areas of the property for your safety.

• Any Damage and loss in property done by guests and members has to be paid with penalty immediately or will be deducted by the security deposit.

• Bonfires arrange with the help of caretaker

• Every guest must carry a Govt approved ID proof.

• No or partial refund for Cancellation/Postponement once the booking is done.

• On public holidays/ Special occasions, rates may differ.

• Any additional people like Cooks/Musicians/Event personal Caterers etc if accompanying the guest will have to be informed about at the time of booking.

• Any Illegal, Prohibited or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited.

• Hookah and Prohibited drugs are strictly not allowed, if found guests have to leave the premises immediately.
