  • • 50% Rent amount to be paid for the confirmation of booking and at the time of check in balance 50% rent with Rs.5000 Security Deposit (Refundable) will be required.
  • • Incase of any damage to the property or late check out, the security deposit will not be refunded back.
  • • Every additional guest will be charged Rs.500/-
  • • In Property 6 double Bed and 13 Extra mattresses are available.
  • • Guests must keep noise at low during their booking time.
  • • CCTV cameras are present in the exterior areas of the property for your safety.
  • • Any Damage and loss in property done by guests and members has to be paid with penalty immediately or will be deducted by the security deposit.
  • • Bonfires are available on additional charges of Rs. 500.
